HOW IT WORKS
SIGN UP:
Register a team with your friends, family members, coworkers, or even strangers. Team can be between 2-6 people. Give you team a name with the #. ex. #ChucoStars
Get the List:
Challenges will be rolled out leading up to the launch date. New mini-bonus clues may appear.
Submit Proof:
Upload photos/videos with the #EPHUNT to the Facebook or Instagram page with the number of the activity completed. Example. a picture with “#EPHUNT activity 3” then your team will earn those points points. Climb the leaderboard by completing activities and earning points!

RULES
Be respectful / no trespassing
Submissions must be original during event dates
Follow Traffic & Safety Laws
One entry per challenge per person/team
Organizers can disqualify unsafe activity
Any teams of 4-8 must have at least 50% participation of team in each pic to qualify for points
By participating in the EP Hunt Scavenger Hunt (“Event”), participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participation in this Event is voluntary. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation, including but not limited to travel, physical activity, interaction with public spaces, businesses, or other participants.
Southwest Progressive Action Network (SPAN), EP Hunt organizers, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, or other incident that may occur during participation in the Event.
Participants are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws, traffic regulations, property rules, and safety guidelines while completing activities.
Prizes awarded during the Event are donated by third-party businesses and organizations. EP Hunt organizers serve solely as facilitators for the distribution of donated items and are not responsible for the quality, condition, performance, availability, safety, or fulfillment of any donated prize, product, service, or experience.
Any issues related to donated prizes must be addressed directly with the donating business. EP Hunt organizers make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding any donated item or service.
By registering, participants agree to release and hold harmless SPAN, EP Hunt organizers, sponsors, and donors from any claims arising from participation in the Event or acceptance/use of any prize.

Follow the links or QR codes to sign up a team. Teams can be between 2-6 individuals.

Activities have points assigned to them and are based on level difficulty, how out of the way folks will need to go to achieve the activity, and how uncomfortable folks may be will doing the activity. Discomfort will only ever lead to growth not participating in an unwanted activity.

Take a picture of your team performing the activity. Post it to either the EPHUNT Facebook or Instagram page with the hashtag #EPHUNT and the number of the activity completed.

Having a member of the team performing the activity on camera.

Yes! As long as you will not get in trouble for trespassing or staying after curfew…AND as long as they are performed during the month of March

Winners will be announced a few days after March 31st and a time will be set up to meet with the organizers to hand off the prizes
